We at French Sophro are working to make our site accessible to people with disabilities.

What web accessibility is

An accessible site allows visitors with disabilities to browse the site with the same or a similar level of ease and enjoyment as other visitors. This can be achieved with the capabilities of the system on which the site is operating, and through assistive technologies.

Accessibility adjustments on this site

We have adapted this site in accordance with WCAG [2.0 / 2.1 / 2.2 - select relevant option] guidelines, and have made the site accessible to the level of [A / AA / AAA - select relevant option]. Refund Policy

1. Annulation par le client – Client cancellation

FR :

  • Toute séance annulée plus de 24 heures avant l’horaire prévu sera remboursée intégralement.

  • Toute séance annulée moins de 24 heures avant l’horaire prévu n’est pas remboursable (sauf cas de force majeure).

  • En cas de retard ou d’absence du client, la séance est due en totalité et ne peut donner lieu à un remboursement.

EN:

  • Any session cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled time will be fully refunded.

  • Any session cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time is non-refundable (except in cases of force majeure).

  • In case of client lateness or absence, the session will be fully charged and no refund will be issued.

2. Annulation par le sophrologue – Practitioner cancellation

FR :
Si la séance doit être annulée par le sophrologue (indisponibilité, problème technique ou autre raison), le client pourra choisir entre :

  • Le report de la séance à une autre date convenue ensemble.

  • Le remboursement intégral de la séance annulée.

EN:
If the session must be cancelled by the sophrologist (unavailability, technical issue, or other reason), the client may choose between:

  • Rescheduling the session to another agreed date.

  • A full refund of the cancelled session.

3. Pack de séances / forfaits – Packages & bundles

FR :

  • Les packs de plusieurs séances sont payables à l’avance et non remboursables une fois commencés.

  • Les séances non utilisées peuvent toutefois être reportées dans un délai de [3 ou 6 mois] à compter de la date d’achat.

EN:

  • Session packages are payable in advance and are non-refundable once started.

  • Unused sessions may be rescheduled within [3 or 6 months] from the purchase date.

4. Cas particuliers – Special cases

FR : En cas de problème technique lors d’une séance en ligne (connexion instable, panne de plateforme), la séance sera reprogrammée sans frais supplémentaires.
EN: In case of technical issues during an online session (unstable connection, platform failure), the session will be rescheduled at no extra cost.
